DIRECTION PROCESSING:

1. Gently cleanse the hair with a pH-balanced shampoo and pat it dry with a towel.

2. Divide the hair into small sections and place cotton around the hairline.

3. Once the entire head is divided, lightly spray a fine mist of water to dampen the hair.

4. Use ACTIVATE LOTION to thoroughly saturate each rod, and replace the cotton if needed.

5. Cover the head with a plastic cap and allow the hair to process at room temperature (refer to the timing chart). Avoid using a dryer or heat lamp during the process.

NEUTRALIZATION:

1. After keeping the rods intact, wash away the lotion using warm water, gently remove any extra moisture, and allow it to rest for 3 to 4 minutes before neutralizing.

2. Administer the NEUTRALIZER, ensuring that every rod is thoroughly soaked, and leave it on for 5 minutes.

3. Take off the rods, add more neutralizer, handle with care, and let it stay for 3 - 4 minutes.

4. Cleanse with warm water and use conditioner.

5. Rinse once more with warm water and gently pat dry. AVOID USING SHAMPOO.
